St. Louis Bible Fellowship is a church body of believers who love the Lord Jesus Christ and desire to serve Him. Our purpose is to exalt the Savior, equip the saints and evangelize the lost.
We teach the Bible as the inspired, infallible, plenary Word of God, and it is our absolute authority for daily living and conduct. The Scriptures reveal to us the character and purpose of our holy and righteous God, and it is the individual responsibility of each of us to be students, as we search the Scriptures daily.
Our commission is to be ministers of the Word of Reconciliation; proclaim the Gospel of the Grace of God; to enlighten all as to what is the dispensation of the Mystery; to follow the Apostle Paul in the revelation of the hidden truth that our Lord Jesus Christ, from glory, gave to him for us today. (Galatians 1:11-12, Romans 11:13, 15:16)
You will find a warm and friendly welcome at St. Louis Bible Fellowship. Bring your family, bring your Bibles, and bring your questions!
In His Wonderful Name,
Pastor Rick Owsley
What Must You Do To Be Saved
If you have never believed that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again, then this invitation is for you. God the Father loves you so much that He sent His only begotten Son to pay the price of your sin and reconcile you to Himself through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. You must believe the gospel:
"... how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures"
What We Believe
Our commission is to be ministers of the Word of Reconciliation; proclaim the Gospel of the Grace of God; and to enlighten all as to what is the dispensation of the Mystery; to follow the Apostle Paul in the revelation of the hidden truth that our Lord Jesus Christ, from glory, gave to him for us today (Galatians 1:11-12; Galatians 2:7; Romans 11:13, Romans 15:16).
-
We believe
God is not the author of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33).
-
We believe
God has established a Oneness that Christians should endeavor "to keep...in the bond of peace" (Ephesians 4:3).
-
We believe
"There is One Body, and One Spirit, even as you are called in the One Hope of your calling; One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all" (Ephesians 4:4-6 ).
Our Mission
Our commission is to be ministers of the Word of Reconciliation; proclaim the Gospel of the Grace of God; and to enlighten all as to what is the dispensation of the Mystery; to follow the Apostle Paul in the revelation of the hidden truth that our Lord Jesus Christ, from glory, gave to him for us today (Galatians 1:11-12; Galatians 2:7; Romans 11:13, Romans 15:16).
Our Affiliation
St. Louis Bible Fellowship is affiliated with Grace Gospel Fellowship. The purpose of the Grace Gospel Fellowship is to promote fellowship among those who believe the truths contained in its doctrinal statement and to proclaim the gospel of the grace of God in this country and throughout the world.
Recognizing that the one true Bible church of this age is composed of all who possess genuine faith in Christ, it is neither our purpose to form a denominational hierarchy nor to carry out the function of such in governing or directing groups of believers. Our purpose is to promote and propagate the message of the grace of God as revealed to and through the Apostle Paul.
The effort can best be accomplished as we work together and not merely as individuals. Together, we can coordinate our efforts, unite our activities and pool our resources, thus enlarging our vision of service and demonstrating the truth of the one body of believers.
St. Louis Bible Fellowship is proud to be a member of the Grace Gospel Fellowship.
